Known for his work at Ari, Simon Lillico is celebrated for creating seasonal menus that showcase the best local produce Hawke’s Bay has to offer.
This experience is designed to feel relaxed, social, and interactive. Guests can watch elements of the cooking process, ask questions, and leave with recipes they can recreate at home.
Meet Gordon Russell
With over 30 years as winemaker at Esk Valley Estate, Gordon Russell is one of Hawke’s Bay’s most respected wine personalities.
Throughout the evening, Gordon will guide guests through a hosted wine tasting and carefully matched wines alongside each course, sharing stories and insights from a lifetime in the Hawke’s Bay wine industry.
