Kiwiesque is a fantastic venue for birthdays, family reunions, and functions

Luxury Lodge 

A two night minimum stay all year except for Xmas / January period when there is a 3 to 5 day minimum. 

Weekend booking between October and April requires a three night minimum stay as do public holidays.

Vineyard Villa 

A Two night min stay all year except for Xmas /January period when there is a 3 to 5 day minimum. 

December to February require a three night minimum stay for weekend bookings as do public holidays 

Securing Your Reservation

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. By making a payment, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable.

We understand that plans change. In the event of a cancellation, we will try our best to rebook your stay. If successful, you will receive a full refund. However, if we cannot find a replacement booking, the deposit will be retained.

Minimum Stays

• Weekday bookings (Monday-Thursday) require a minimum stay of two nights.
• Weekend bookings (Friday-Sunday) and bookings between October and April (inclusive) require a minimum stay of three nights for conferences and retreats.

Weddings

Celebrate your special day with us! Kiwiesque can accommodate weddings with up to 50 guests and provide on-site ceremony, reception, and lodging.

Wedding Requirements

• Maximum of 50 guests
• Minimum stay of 3 nights
• Wedding Hire Fee:
  • $1,000 for weddings with 30 guests or less
  • $2,000 for weddings with 31-50 guests
• Security Bond:
  • $750 for weddings with 0-30 guests
  • $1,500 for weddings with 31-50 guests

The security bond will be refunded upon departure, subject to the following conditions:

Creating a Safe & Respectful Environment

At Kiwiesque, we are committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all our guests. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, we have implemented the following house rules:

1. Prohibition on Gang Affiliations

Gang-related paraphernalia and affiliations are strictly prohibited at Kiwiesque. This policy protects our property, guests, neighbors, and staff. Guests displaying gang insignia or symbols will be denied accommodation or asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy or poses a threat to others.

2. Celebrations & Parties

We encourage responsible celebrations with friends and family. However, stag dos, large parties, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be respectful of the property, neighbors, and local noise ordinances.

3. Guest Capacity

The maximum guest capacity for each accommodation is strictly enforced. No additional guests beyond the stated capacity are allowed to stay overnight. Guests with planned visitors must obtain prior approval from Kiwiesque.

4. Compliance & Enforcement

By booking accommodation with us, guests acknowledge their understanding and compliance with these policies. Violation of these policies may result in immediate termination of the accommodation agreement without a refund.

5. Non-Discrimination Clause

These policies are enforced equally and fairly among all guests and are not intended to discriminate on any basis.
