The Vineyard Villa, built in 2016, is equipped with quality furnishings and appliances and has everything you will need to feel at home during your time in Hawke’s Bay. The fresh air & beautiful green views of the surrounding grapevines, with sheep grazing the farmlands, will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
The Kiwiesque Vineyard Villa accommodation can comfortably sleep up to 8 – 10 people (depending on room configurations), with four large bedrooms and a relaxed open-plan living area. Enjoy plenty of outdoor living space (featuring an outdoor swim spa) overlooking the Eskdale vineyards & farmland.
School groups and sports teams, please enquire about a school discount (discounts not available on public holidays).
Please note:
For bookings Mondays – Thursdays, there is a minimum of two nights required.
If you would like to book your conference or retreat over the weekend, during October to the end of April, we have a minimum requirement of three nights.

Our beautifully appointed bedrooms in the Vineyard Villa include 2 Bedrooms with Super King Beds and Private En-Suites, 1 Bedroom with a King Bed and 1 Bedroom with a King Bed and 1 King Single Bunk Bed. Talk to us to see how we can configure the Villa bedrooms to best meet your needs.
With three bathrooms in the Villa accommodation, everyone has plenty of space. Private ensuites are attached to two of the rooms, and then the other two share a well-appointed third bathroom with a luxurious bathtub.
Enjoy relaxing moments together, whether just hanging out or sharing a meal together. We have indoor or outdoor dining and living areas, including a large swim spa.
The Villa has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge & dishwasher. Perfect for self-catering or for your caterers to serve meals – the kitchen makes preparing meals and snacks as easy as if you were at home.
